Welcome to the Buddy Book Club – we have a light-hearted comedic podcast that covers a variety of books. Our book club questions try to be a little more outside the box/comedic than your typical book club questions – hopefully you enjoy them.

Book Club Questions – The Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

-> Do you think Avery could have benefited from watching the movie Blank Check?

Why isn’t she living it up and spending any of her money?

-> If you became a billionaire tomorrow, how would you go about spending your money?

Personally, we’d be handing out thousands of dollars a day on a whim. Avery made $1 billion/year on interest alone, time to start spending that!

-> Who would you go for Jameson or Grayson?

We were actually partial towards Xander ourselves, but who are you picking in the love triangle?

-> Was Tobias Hawthorne a pedophile?

Spoilers – but we find out the reason Avery was given the money is because Tobias met her as a 6 year old, then proceeds to follow her every move and take pictures of her with no other affiliation?

-> What did you think of Avery and Max’s relationship?

Seemed a bit was a bit one sided to us, least Avery could do was give her best friend a few million dollars.

-> Did you ever think that Xander was secretly a serial killer?

Who eats 4-5 scones in one sitting, scones are super filling and dry. At least have some milk or coffee with it. He had some serial killer tendencies for sure (he was still our favorite character).

-> Is Oren the worst body guard ever?

Intentionally getting your billion dollar client in a car accident to… protect her? Why not use a body double at least?

-> Where does this rank as a beach read for you?
